Kevin Etzkorn represents individuals and families in catastrophic injury, wrongful death, nursing home abuse, and complex litigation matters throughout Missouri and Illinois.
He is a St. Louis native. He went to Saint Louis University for undergraduate and law school. While in law school, he worked several jobs, including representing indigent clients for legal aid in East St. Louis, Illinois. He also interned for a federal judge, and served as an Editor on the Law Journal.
Following graduation, Kevin took a job with a litigation boutique and eventually moved to a large firm. He spent nearly a decade representing insurance companies and large institutions. As a defense lawyer, he had the opportunity to try lawsuits as lead counsel for a large hospital system and a nationwide insurance company. Kevin’s work in corporate law gave him invaluable insight and experience that he now uses to advocate for people facing serious harm.
Since 2015, Kevin has exclusively represented people – not corporations.
Today, he applies the same strategies he once used to defend institutions to help individuals and families facing life-changing situations.
Kevin founded this firm in 2023 with the goal of providing focused representation on a small number of serious cases. Rather than operating a high-volume practice, he works closely with each client and remains personally involved in each case. He believes clients deserve direct access to their lawyer and the same level of attention he would expect for his own family.
Outside the office, Kevin lives in St. Louis with his wife and 3 boys. He remains active in the community, coaching his kids and showing up to each and every game. The values Kevin brings to his family life – preparation, accountability, and showing up when people need him – are the same values he brings to his clients.
Over more than two decades of practice, Kevin has represented clients in jury trials, mediations, and complex litigation matters throughout Missouri and Illinois. His experience includes catastrophic injury, wrongful death, commercial trucking, nursing home abuse and neglect, medical negligence, business fraud, and other high-stakes disputes.
