We work with other attorneys in St. Louis every day. In fact, most of our cases are referred to us by other attorneys. Why? Because we offer generous and transparent fee agreements, we do not refer referrals, and we let them be as involved or uninvolved as they want to be.

Fee Guarantees

All of our fee sharing agreements comply with the ethics rules.
We always establish our fee sharing agreement upfront before we start working on the case.
We never deviate from our original fee sharing agreement, which is typically 33.33% of the attorney’s fees.
We never refer referrals. Many law firms refer their referrals; thereby cutting in half the attorney’s fees of the law firm that initially referred the case.

Our Promises

You can be as involved or uninvolved with the case as you want. Some attorneys want to stay up to date on cases they refer, while others prefer no contact until the case settles and the check is sent.
You will have portal access to the case so you can always see what we are working on and how the case is progressing.
We will respond to your calls within 24 hours.
We will respond to your emails same day.

Cases We Do Not Handle

If you refer a case to us that we cannot handle, we will notify you and refer the case to someone who can handle the case. When we do this, we do not enter into a fee sharing relationship with the attorney we refer the case to. We will never reduce or split your fee. Here are cases we do not handle:
