Kevin Etzkorn

Founding Lawyer

Kevin Etzkorn is a dedicated St. Louis native. He pursued his undergraduate education at Saint Louis University and finished Phi Beta Kappa. He went on to attend law school at SLU. While there, he interned for a federal judge, worked several jobs, and served as an Editor on the Law Journal. He graduated near the top of his class (cum laude) in 2004.

Kevin spent the first decade of his career representing corporations. He figured out early on that he enjoyed courtroom work. And within a few years, at a time when most lawyers at defense firms are stuck doing grunt work, he was serving as first chair trial counsel on auto and general liability cases for a worldwide insurer and for a large hospital system.

In December 2014, he left a large corporate job to partner in a firm representing regular people harmed by the negligent, reckless, and fraudulent acts of others. And in 2023, he established Kevin Etzkorn Law. When he accepts a new client, Kevin focuses on finding the best way to correct the injustices they have suffered. His commitment to clients is evident from the positive results he has achieved. Notable results since 2023 include:

  • $5 million. Wrongful death settlement. Trucking crash that killed a young single woman whose car had stalled on the interstate.
  • $964,300. Confidential medical malpractice/nursing home injury case settlement.
  • $750,000. Jury verdict. Our client suffered a broken leg when her vehicle was hit head-on by another driver. After years of litigation, the defense offered to settle the case a few days before trial for $300,000. To a St. Charles County jury, he requested $50,000-$75,000.
  • $705,000. Confidential settlement. Product liability case.
  • $625,000. Confidential settlement. Trucking crash case.
  • $500,000. Confidential policy limits settlement. Car crash involving claims of a pregnant mother and wrongful death of fetus.
